Dataset of Empathic AI Integration and Self-Directed Learning among Gen Z Employees

This dataset contains survey responses from 164 Generation Z employees with experience using AI in workplace settings. It includes measures of Empathic AI Integration, Workplace Belongingness, and Self-Directed Learning, each assessed using multiple items on a 6-point Likert scale (1 = strongly disagree to 6 = strongly agree). In addition, the dataset provides demographic and contextual variables, including workplace location, length of employment, industry sector, and AI usage patterns.
