Impact of different anticoagulants on profiles of exRNAs in healthy individuals "The study aimed to investigate the buosa indintriduced by the anticoagulant used in blood collextion in the expression levels of circulating miRNAs. Eighty samples from 20 subjects, were colledced using 3 anticoagulant (C-Citrate, E-EDTA, H-Heparin) were used for each subject. As control we also used serum. Blodd was centrifuged at 500xg, 2500xg and 12,500xg for 20 mins, and the miRNA expression level from the resulting cell-free plasma was quantified by RT-PCR using TaqMan array microRNA kit (Platform GPL17853).
