LAI, FAPAR, FCOVER, and Other Biophysical Parameters for Pilot Areas in Europe from High Resolution Sensors, 2009-2011

A set of biophysical variables (CHL, CSF, FAPAR, FBrown, FCover, Fsnow, FSoil, Fwater, LAI) is derived from high resolution sensors data (SPOT/HRV, SPOT/HRG, RapidEye, and AWIFS). The data are available over some high risk areas (Bulgaria, Guadalquivir, Rhine, Seine-Normandy, Struma-Strymonas) and some transects (Alpine, Greek, Dresden-Prague-Linz) across Europe. The data are available at 10 m spatial resolution four times a year for 2009-2011. These products are generated off-line by Astrium Services. A Product User Manual and a Validation Report are available.
