The data set off Emotional Intelligence, Perceived Organizational Politics, and Organizational Outcomes

This data set is the result of analysis of Emotional Intelligence, Perceived Organizational Politics, and Organizational Outcomes from 237 regional work unit (SKPD) Civil Servants in North Maluku Province, Ternate City, Tidore Islands City, and North Halmahera Regency. There are five variables in this data set, namely Emotional Intelligence, Perceived Organizational Politics, Job Satisfaction, Job Involvement and organizational citizenship behavior.
