Excel template which calculates the radius and volume of an equivalent sphere from spheroid area. The template is optimised for plate designs incorporating 6 consecutive technical replicates, first condition untreated control and up to 10 treatment conditions. The template identifies patterns of uneven cell seeding (drift, edge effects or other systematic sources of variability), normlaises data, calculates area under the curve for dose-response relationships.
