BD Carthage Guadeloupe — 2009

The BD Carthage® (database on the THématic CARtography of Water AGences and the Ministry of the Environment) is the result of the national desire to have a spatial tracking system of surface aquatic environments for France. It is produced by the Water Agencies from the BD CARTO ® cartographic database of IGN which describes in digital form all the information present in the national territory. It is updated annually according to a cycle involving water agencies and IGN. The Carthage® BD is free of charge to any third party for non-commercial use.
