We measured the transcriptome changes in 10-day-old seedlings exposed to Mock and 25% PEG8000 treatment to investigate the differentially regulated genes by ENAP1/2 in response to dehydration Overall design: Col-0 and enap1-1enap2 were grown in half- strength MS media for 10 days in the 16/8 light period and transferred on filter paper saturated with media solution (Mock) or media containing 25% PEG8000 (Dehydration) for 4h. The whole seedlings were sampled for RNA extraction and RNA-seq libraries.
