Vicmap Land Administration Themes - Parcel, Property and Road Casement Centroid

Centroid is a point layer belonging to VLAT and consists of data representing centroids for polygons representing Victoria's land parcels and properties.\n\nThis dataset s a raw superset of VMPROP_CENTROID. It shows the current and retired states of each feature instance. It supports feature versioning (UFI_RETIRED) and enables feature edting chaining (UFI_OLD).\n\nThis layer should be used in conjuction with the other layers and aspatial tables that make up VLAT see metadata for VLAT.\n\nVLAT Property Content includes\n · Parcel and Property Polygon views;\n · Parcel and Property Identifiers - parcel descriptors (including Standard Parcel Identifiers (SPI)), \n Council reference numbers;\n · Registered and proposed (All proposals entered prior to July 2002 are non-polygonal and all \n entered post July 2002 are polygonised) parcels;\n · Crown and Freehold land differentiation;\n · Cadastral Road Casements;\n · Easements (Note: all new easements are being captured for the whole State. Previously, only \n easements in the metropolitan area were captured.
