a50 µl of pooled EN, NEN, MF or CP human sera (n = 10) samples were incubated with 2×105 normal PBMC and B. malayi L3 at 37°C for 48 hrs. Following incubation, larval viability was determined and percent larval death was calculated. Anti-BmHsp12.6 antibodies were depleted from the EN pooled sera by passing through an affinity column containing immobilized BmHsp12.6. Depleted sera samples are then used in ADCC assay.
