T2 weighted data from the paper ' Evidence for reduced choroid plexus volume in the aged brain'. The data is in matlab (.mat) formatThe data was acquired on a 9.4T Bruker pre-clinical MRI scanner. The aim of the scans was to enable accurate segmentation of the choroid plexus in the lateral ventricles in order to estimate it's volume. Both young and old mice were imaged in order to investigate the influence of ageing on choroid plexus volume.
