Analysis of 6 mouse second-generation amplicon libraries constructed by Capital Medical University

Six high-fat-induced C57 mice were divided into two groups, with three mice in each group. The intervention group was given bacterial solution by gavage, while the control group was given sterile suspension solution as a control. The experiment lasted for 6 weeks. The feces of each group of mice were collected for analysis of the intestinal microbiota structure.
