Developed, published and distributed by the Electronic Publishing House of *China Academic Journal (CD Edition)*, it is an important component of the *China National Knowledge Resource Database*. Furthermore, it is a national major online publishing project and a national key planned electronic publishing topic under the 11th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of the People's Republic of China.
