BEAD Reproducibility and Documentation Package v1.0.2

This record archives the BEAD Reproducibility and Documentation Package v1.0.2 for the Bilingual E-commerce Advertisement Dataset. This documentation-only release describes the dataset construction workflow, including sampling, collection, screenshot acquisition, crop protocol, OCR protocol, metadata extraction, preprocessing, annotation, quality control, split-generation protocol, schemas, configuration templates, and synthetic smoke-test evaluation code.
