Transcriptomic effects of combinations of collagen amino acids in human dermal fibroblasts

We tested the effects of a specified ratio of collagen amino acids on transcriptomic profile in human dermal fibroblasts in culture. Cells were treated with glycine, profile and hydroxyproline in a ratio that was shown to increased lifespan and healthspan in C. elegans experiments.
