This dataset is composed of eight flat-mounted (dissected and fixed) retinae from juvenile and adult zebrafish.
Rows of UV cones have been traced in each retina; additionally, we have identified locations of Y-junctions (row insertions).
Also included is MATLAB code for calculating which Y-junctions belong to grain boundaries.
