Linsenlampe Wocheiner Tunnel

Die Tunnellampe aus Eisen und Messing wurde 1904/1905 in Mailand von A. Pandiani entworfen und von Fratelli Acuti angefertigt. Anlass war der Durchstoß des Wocheiner Tunnels 1905 durch die Julischen Alpen, der sich i Slowenien befindet und den Namen der Stadt Wochein (Podbrdo) trägt. Zu der Lampe gehört eine an der Kette befindliche Pinzette für den Docht, die nicht aufgenommen werden konnte. The tunnel lamp made of iron and brass, was designed by A. Pandiani in Milan in 1904/1905 and manufactured by Fratelli Acuti. The occasion was the 1905 breakthrough of the Wochein Tunnel through the Julian Alps, which is located in Slovenia and bears the name of the town of Wochein (Podbrdo). The lamp has a pair of tweezers for the wick attached to the chain, which could not be scanned.
