Modulation of Integrin a9ß1 in Macrophages Reduces Periodontal Inflammation and Supports Alveolar Bone Preservation in Periodontitis [RNA-seq]

Bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMs) from Itga9-Lyz2-cKO and Itga9-Lyz2-cHet mice were stimulated with Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg) for 2 hours, then subjected to mRNA sequencing. Overall design: Induce bone marrow mononuclear cells from 8-week-old male Itga9-Lyz2-cKO and Itga9-Lyz2-cHet mice to BMMs by 50 ng/mL macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF).After stimulation with Pg (MOI = 1:20) for 2 hours, total RNA was extracted using Trizol and subjected to sequencing.
