Raw data:Untargeted Metabolomics Analysis of Vaginal Secretion Reveals Potential Metabolic Biomarkers of Atrophic Vaginitis

In this study, we used untargeted metabolomics via liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) to analysis the differences in metabolic profiles of vaginal secretions between senile vaginitis and a healthy group of people. Then we performed target validation by CCK8 assay and Scratch assay for the screened differential metabolites and try to find their relevance to VK2/E6E7 cells.
