资源简介:
Data describing phenotypes and association with genotypes under selective pressure in Andean highland native subjects residing in La Paz Bolivia. The subjects are maternal-infant dyads and it includes healthy controls and those suffering from preeclampsia during pregnancy. The excel file contains anonymised subject ID (P01, P02 etc). It contains clinical information, including relation to blood pressure, intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR) status and blood gas measures. It also contains raw values for phenotypic measurements obtained from the umbilical cord, maternal blood and frozen (cryopreserved) placenta. These measures relate to metabolic and respiratory function, including mitochondrial respirometry and protein expression data. It also contains associations between phenotypes and genetic regions in the maternal and fetal genomes that are under selective pressure.
