A deep neural network (DNN) has been developed to accurately predict nuclear charge density distributions for nuclei with proton numbers Z ≥ 8. The charge density distributions are analyzed using a Fourier-Bessel (FB) series expansion, and the DNN is trained on a comprehensive dataset derived from relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov (RCHB) theory calculations. The DNN was used to predict 3446 nuclei listed in AME2020 with Z ≥ 8. The dataset includes all numerical outputs from the DNN, such as the FB coefficients, as well as derived quantities including charge radii, second moment, fourth moment, and sixth moment.
