NRS-13542 | Minutes of proceedings concerning intestacy claims arising out of defalcation of J.E. Manning

By the Act 13 Vic. no.44 it was provided that any person claiming from an intestate estate money unpaid by reason of the insolvency of John Edye Manning could present a petition to the Supreme Court or to one of the judges, requesting payment of the amount claimed.
