Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the dataset: Assembling the Eure digitised POS and PLU surface requirements

The requirements of an urban planning document are defined in the Planning Code. A prescription is in the form of surface, linear or point information which appears on the graphic documents of the PLU or the POS. A prescription which superimposes on an area of the planning document usually imposes an additional constraint on the regulation of the area. These objects have been digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG standard
In this data set is the assembly of the surface requirements of the local planning plans (PLU) and land use plans (POS) of the Eure, This layer is for informational use, the paper zoning plan remains the binding document.

城市规划文件的相关要求由规划规范予以明确规定。管控条文以面状、线状或点状信息的形式呈现于地方规划方案（Local Planning Plans，PLU）与土地利用规划方案（Land Use Plans，POS）的图形文档中。若某管控条文叠加覆盖于规划文件的某一区域，则通常会对该区域的管控规则施加额外约束。上述管控对象已依据CNIG标准的国家规范完成数字化处理。
本数据集汇集了厄尔省（Eure）地方规划方案（PLU）与土地利用规划方案（POS）的面状管控要求。本图层仅作信息参考用途，纸质区划规划方案仍为具有法律效力的约束性文件。
