WNT-signaling cells polarize inhibitors to protect their identity and fate

We demonstrated that during development WNT signaling cells produce their own inhibitors polarizing them apically to preserve their own identity Transcriptomes of WNT high cells purified from E14.5 APCcKO and APCHet embryos and from WNT-signaling cells from E17.5 developing placodes. Epidermal keratinocytes were purified from embryonic mouse backskin via FACS sorting RNA, was extracted, cDNA libraries created and RNA sequencing was run on the samples.
