MHC class I polymorphisms and diversity in Filipino population of cynomolgus mcaque (Macaca faciricurius). Macaca fascicularis

In order to detect newly defined MHC allele sequences and estimate haplotype structures of Mafa class I region, we designed PCR system and performed amplicon sequencing in basis on Roche 454 technology using 300 PCR amplicons derived from 300 animals that are originated from Filipino population.
