Plan Bay Area 2050 Plus Priority Development Areas and Transit-Oriented Communities - One-Mile Buffer
收藏资源简介:
One-mile buffer of Plan Bay Area 2050+ Priority Development Areas (PDAs) and Transit-Oriented Communities (TOCs), for reference in determining PDA- and TOC-supportive investments for the One Bay Area Grant (OBAG) County Program. OBAG, now in its fourth cycle (OBAG 4), is designed to collaboratively implement Plan Bay Area priorities for transportation, housing, and the environment through local and regional investments that work together to improve connectivity, equity, and sustainability. OBAG 4 was adopted by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) in January 2026 and includes $820 million in federal funding for projects from 2027 through 2030. OBAG 4 funds support implementation of Plan Bay Area 2050+, the region's long-range plan. The OBAG 4 county program is a flexible source of funding for local priorities, managed by MTC in partnership with the region's nine County Transportation Agencies. The OBAG 4 regional program is a more focused set of investments that support specific MTC initiatives and services across the region. See the OBAG 4 webpage for more details
