New instances of the set covering problem with conflicts on sets: 30 large instances and a public Wi-Fi instancev

Instances introduced in the article "Set covering with conflicts on the GPU: a theory-guided cooperative tabu search, new large instances and a public Wi-Fi application". - 30 large instances of the set covering problem with conflicts on sets, in six families (1 000 x 5 000 to 4 000 x 20 000 subsets), generated with the recipe of Carrabs et al. (2024).- A Wi-Fi siting instance for Valparaíso - Viña del Mar, Chile (20 096 demand pixels, 7 273 candidate sites), built from OpenStreetMap and SRTM data, with two variants of the public-to-private cost ratio and its metadata (coordinates, site classes and costs). The README describes the file format, the conflict rule and the metadata. The code is not included.
