<b>Active Learning as a Driver for the Development of Generic Competences in Higher Education</b>

This dataset accompanies the study titled <i>“Active Methodologies and the Development of Generic Competencies in Higher Education: A Study from Mexico.”</i> The research explores the extent to which active learning methodologies foster the development of generic competences among university students. Drawing on the conceptual framework of the Tuning Project, the study adopts a competence-based approach that highlights the relevance of transferable skills—instrumental, interpersonal, and systemic—as essential outcomes of higher education.
