This database provides datasets including ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq and DNase-seq, which cover genome-wide localization profiles of transcription factors, cofactors, chromatin remodelers, histone modifications and chromatin accessibility regions. The platform also offers a variety of analytical tools, such as peak calling, correlation analysis, genomic feature association, gene expression analysis, motif discovery and other related functions.
