Auxillary Table S1

Contextual data of biosamples: Table containing chemical, geographical, and other contextual data about the physical samples collected for this dataset. Contains the fields: •sample_id: name of the sample, corresponds to sample_name in other tables •Run: R[123], the data was sequenced in 3 Illumina NovaSeq runs, this is the ID of the run •site name: name of the location samples (e.g. lake-name, or ID) •Lake_code: short ID for that location •region: geographical region the location is in (), or closes large city •sample_accession: SRA/ENA sample accession to the raw data •assembly_accession: ENA metagenome assembly accession •all other columns correspond to metadata-fields of ENA mostly from ENA-checklist ERC000024, the second row of the table is units corresponding to columns
