Proteomics Data Fekete et al., Nature Neuroscience

For proteomic measurements, we used the Olink-specific PEA technology. Two OLINK panels (Target 96 Inflammation and Target 96 Neurology) were applied to a set of human samples, including CSF and tissue lysates from different brain regions. We provide the analysis reports that include information about the samples involved in the Fekete et al., Nature Neuroscience papers along with the raw NPX values of the experiments.Overall 27 CSF samples, 20 medulla lysates and 18 temporal cortex lysates were in connection with this particular study, from which we excluded 1 CSF sample due to quality control issue reported by OLINK (documented in the analysis report about CSF samples, sample ID: case1A).
