Response of the microbiome of Sydney rock oysters varies across families when exposed to ocean warming and acidification

The resilience of marine organisms to climate change can be built by selective breeding, yet the role that microbiomes play in resilience when oysters are under the stress of climate change remains unknown. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between microbiomes and resilience when oysters are exposed to elevate temperature and acidification that forecast by the end of the century due to climate change.
