资源简介:
Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common primary malignant brain cancer, characterized with remarkable infiltration of immunosuppressive myeloid cells. Although numerous myeloid cell targets have been identified in peripheral cancers, whether they can be applied in GBM is unknown, due to the complex and distinct features of the brain microenvironment. Here, we identify a critical target, triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2), previously identified as an immunosuppressive target in peripheral cancers, plays an immune-protective role in GBM. In these project, we included multiple datasets including scRNA-seq of CD45-sorted cells isolated from mouse GBM models and snRNA-seq of a mouse spontaneous GBM model. This datasets helped us to define the protective role of TREM2 in the TME of GBM.
