With Work Package 6, the interviews served to investigate the development and assessment of competencies in nursing education as well as in the training of plumbing, heating and air conditioning technicans. In order to adress the research question, two interviews were conducted with vocational students and one with a teacher from the respective occupational field. The study thus focuses on the enacted curriculum.
