Single cell RNA-seq of brain from young and old mice

We report the scRNA-seq of cells isolated from brain of young and old mice. We isolated single cells from brain of young (6 months, n=2) and old (24 months, n=4) mice and performed the scRNA-seq using 10X Genomics system.本研究报道了从年轻及老年小鼠脑组织中分离得到的细胞的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）数据。我们分别从6月龄（n=2）年轻小鼠与24月龄（n=4）老年小鼠的脑组织中分离单细胞，并采用10X Genomics测序平台完成了此项测序实验。
