通过对柯桥文旅集团旗下景区游客购票数据进行清洗、统计及建模分析,构建了游客分群、游客多样性指标、地理重要性和人群重要性指标,得到了柯桥地区游客客源情况与不同类型的游客对景区的重要性程度,有助于帮助柯桥地区文旅行业的参与者更精准地制定精准营销策略,使景区、酒店等对游客的服务更有针对性。同时,也能帮助主管单位更好地开展政策制定等工作,提高柯桥乃至绍兴地区整体的旅游市场活力。1、初步处理:提取清洗票务系统中的游客购票的原始数据,包括客源地信息、年龄、性别、来源、售客类型等,并进行聚合处理,得到所有景区不同购票来源、不同售客类型以及不同客源地下不同年龄段和性别对应的游客人数。
2、游客分群:利用K-Means聚类算法,将游客分为3个群体,帮助企业聚焦差异化服务,优化景区营销策略。
3、游客多样性指数 :基于每个省游客性别、年龄段和售客类型的分布,通过各类特征的比例分布和Shannon多样性公式计算得出多样性指数,反映了某省游客群体的多样性。指数越高说明游客构成越均衡,反之则表明游客类型相对单一。
4、地理重要性:根据每个省份游客的总人数计算,地区游客数量占总游客数的比例越高,地理重要性越高。高:省份的游客数量占总游客的5%以上;中:省份游客占比在2%-5%之间;低:游客占比低于2%。
5、人群重要性:基于条件计数和分级规则的算法,根据每个客户群体的特征组合(省份、性别、年龄段、来源和售客类型),计算该类人群的相对重要性。高:组合中的游客数量大于100;中:组合游客数量在50至100之间;低:组合游客数量少于50。
This dataset is constructed by cleaning, statistically analyzing and modeling the tourist ticket purchase data of the scenic spots under Keqiao Culture and Tourism Group. Through this process, tourist segmentation, tourist diversity indicators, geographic importance and tourist group importance indicators are established, and the tourist source situation of Keqiao area and the importance degree of different types of tourists to scenic spots are obtained. This work helps participants in the cultural and tourism industry of Keqiao to formulate precise marketing strategies more accurately, so that services for tourists in scenic spots, hotels and other places can be more targeted. Meanwhile, it can also help competent authorities better carry out policy formulation and other work, and improve the overall tourism market vitality of Keqiao and even Shaoxing area.
1. Preliminary processing: Extract and clean the original tourist ticket purchase data from the ticketing system, including origin information, age, gender, source, ticket type and other data, and perform aggregation processing to obtain the number of tourists corresponding to different age groups and genders under different ticket sources, different ticket types and different tourist origins of all scenic spots.
2. Tourist segmentation: Use the K-Means clustering algorithm to divide tourists into 3 groups, helping enterprises focus on differentiated services and optimize scenic spot marketing strategies.
3. Tourist diversity index: Based on the distribution of gender, age group and ticket type of tourists in each province, the diversity index is calculated through the proportional distribution of various features and Shannon's diversity formula, which reflects the diversity of a certain province's tourist group. The higher the index, the more balanced the tourist composition is; conversely, the relatively single the tourist types are.
4. Geographic importance: Calculated based on the total number of tourists from each province, the higher the proportion of regional tourists in the total number of tourists, the higher the geographic importance. The grading criteria are as follows: High: the number of tourists from the province accounts for more than 5% of the total tourists; Medium: the proportion of tourists from the province is between 2% and 5%; Low: the proportion of tourists is less than 2%.
5. Tourist group importance: Based on the algorithm of conditional counting and grading rules, calculate the relative importance of each crowd group according to their characteristic combinations (province, gender, age group, source and ticket type). The grading criteria are as follows: High: the number of tourists in the combination is greater than 100; Medium: the number of tourists in the combination is between 50 and 100; Low: the number of tourists in the combination is less than 50.
