Archive S5: 1,767 multiple sequence alignments (FASTA format) on amino acid level, from which sequences belonging to Doris kerguelenensis and Calmella cavolini as well as ambiguously aligned sections and gap-only sites were removed. These served as the basis for compiling the final unreduced supermatrix.
