Data set for Evacuation Network Design and Planning under Traffic Congestion

This dataset contains instances that can be used to validate and test the Evacuation Network Design and Planning Problem under Traffic Congestion. A total of 144 networks were generated, with different topologies, areas, and source and destination nodes location. The instance generation was inspired by real network configurations, and the algorithm for generating instances is available upon request.
