用户近六个月平均话费评分接口

通过联通客户入网服务协议授权采集了用户话费数据，通过脱敏处理，形成用户近六个月平均话费数据。符合中国联通用户隐私政策并经用户授权后，通过输入用户手机号，查询用户近六个月（包括查询月份及上五个月）平均话费的评分。

User telephone billing data was collected with authorization under the China Unicom Customer Network Access Service Agreement, and underwent data desensitization processing to generate the average telephone billing data of users over the past six months. In compliance with China Unicom's User Privacy Policy and with explicit user authorization, this dataset supports retrieving the score of the user's average telephone bill over the past six months (including the query month and the five consecutive months prior to it) by inputting the user's mobile phone number.
