Modeling method: 1*10^5 B16 cells were injected subcutaneously on the right side of the abdomen. Nilotinib-copper treatment: Nilotinib was administered orally and copper was administered intraperitoneally once daily for 2 weeks. Control group: DMSO was given orally and NaCl was administered intraperitoneally once daily for 2 weeks.
