De novo genome sequencing of Bambusa polymorpha.

Bambusa polymorpha is a commercial important bamboo species native to Myanmar and India. It is widely distributed as cultivated species in Bangladesh, Thailand China, Laos etc. This is the multipurpose being used in construction, handicraft and as an edible item. There is genetic variation expected from different geographic places where it occurs naturally this project is going to help in the estimation of genetic diversity of this species.
