Transcriptomes analysis of wild type MAP K-10 , MAP3916c knock out strains, complementation mutant strains and heterologous complementation mutant strain

Based on next-generation sequencing technology, we compared the transcription of genes in Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis with that in map3916c gene deletion strains, and determined the important role of map3916c gene in transcriptional regulation. By compared with Wild-type MAP K-10, 247 genes were significantly down-regulated and 52 genes were up-regulated in MAP3916c knock out strains; 199 genes were significantly down-regulated and 62 genes were up-regulated in complementation mutant strains; 434 genes were significantly down-regulated and 1270 genes were up-regulated in heterologous complementation mutant strains. By compared withcomplementation mutant strains, 340 genes were significantly down-regulated and 1498 genes were up-regulated in heterologous complementation mutant strains
