List of tourist agencies

In accordance with Article 120(3). Until the establishment of the Central Register on the website, the Ministry will publish a list of tourist agencies or areas in which tourist agencies operate. Tourist agencies which obtained a decision of the state administration office in counties or the City of Zagreb before 1 January 2018 according to the old Act on the provision of services in tourism (Official Gazette 68/07, 88/10, 30/14 and 152/14), continue to operate on the basis of a decision of the state administration office in counties or the competent city office of the City of Zagreb and are not obliged to notify the Ministry of Tourism of the beginning of the provision of services in order to be entered in the List of Tourist Agencies, except in the case of changes to the data referred to in Article 13(1) of the current Act or changes to the information about the company and the seat of the tourist agency, its personal identification number, the address of the space in which services are provided, to the business manager.
