Targeted immunoproteomics of cerebrospinal fluid in disease-modifying treatment-naïve Multiple Sclerosis patients

We performed a retrospective study on CSF from 20 DMT-naïve MS patients to investigate the correlation between intrathecal immune proteins and clinical MS phenotype. 92 proteins were analyzed via Olink's Target 96 Inflammation Panel from CSF of 20 patients with multiple sclerosis who had never received disease modifying therapy throughout the course of their disease. These 20 patients were run as part of a larger cohort of 70 CSF samples spread across two 96-well qPCR plates, Plate 2 was normalized to plate 1 via Olink Bridging Method. Here we have included the 20 samples post-normalization relevant to our recently published study and indicated on which plate they were found (plate 1 or plate 2).
