RNA-seq Data

The experiment was divided into two groups using 12-week-old male C57BL/6 mice weighing 23-27 g. The groups consisted of an aldosterone-treated group (6 mice) and a control group (4 mice). Alzet minipumps (model 1007D) were soaked in saline overnight before being implanted into mice anesthetized with isoflurane. An incision was made between the scapulae, and the minipumps filled with either vehicle (5% ethanol) or aldosterone (HY-113313, MCE, China, 900 μg/mL) were placed subcutaneously. This method maintains the aldosterone concentration in the blood at approximately 1000 pg/mL. The incision was closed with sutures, and an antibiotic ointment was applied. Mice were housed individually and monitored daily for 7 days, after which they were anesthetized and decapitated for OVLT tissue collection. Total RNA was extracted using Trizol Reagent and then sent to Gene Denovo Biotechnology (Guangzhou, China) for further sequencing.
