Sample Multi-Modal BIDS dataset

This a sample BIDS dataset created for continous integration of the Connectome Mapper 3. This dataset was acquired at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Vaudois (CHUV), Lausanne, Switzerland, using a 3T Siemens Prisma MRI scanner. It adopts the sub-/ses- structure and contains one T1w anatomical MRI (MPRAGE), one diffusion MRI (DSI) , and one resting-state functional MRI as well as additional Freesurfer derivatives.
