Supporting materials for the CLIMADE Dashboard structural evolution analysis

This record contains supporting materials for the structural comparison of two CLIMADE Dashboard source-code snapshots. R1 (0166797) represents the last commit before the shared-page restructuring, whereas R2 (75abe06) represents the commit that completed it. The deposited files comprise the analytical scope manifest, per-file and aggregate measurements, raw Radon outputs, and the figure used to report the results. The comparison includes pathogen route pages, dashboard support modules, and dedicated phylogenetic modules. Blank lines, full-line comments, documentation, tests, generated files, caches, assets, and environment files were excluded. The phylogenetic workflow was included to represent the complete production surface, although it was not the principal target of the restructuring. The source code is maintained in a private repository, and access requires authorisation from the project organisation.
