Dataset-Psychological Safety in Software Workplaces: A Systematic Literature Review

Description This dataset contains the extracted data from a systematic literature review on psychological safety in software engineering. The data is organized in a single Excel spreadsheet with three sheets: All Data: Presents all data extracted from the included primary studies, covering multiple research questions addressed in the review. RQ3: Provides the extracted results from the primary studies related to Research Question 3 (RQ3), along with the corresponding categorizations. MMAT: Contains the quality appraisal results for each included study, conducted using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT). This dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research on psychological safety in software engineering.
