Renal tubule-specific Actr3 knockout mice (Actr3-fl/fl*Cdh16-Cre) were generated. Transcriptome profiling (RNA-Seq) and differential gene expression analysis of isolated renal medulla from KO and WT mice at p14 was performed. 成功构建肾小管特异性Actr3基因敲除小鼠(Actr3-fl/fl*Cdh16-Cre)。对出生后第14天(postnatal day 14, p14)的敲除(Knock Out, KO)与野生型(Wild Type, WT)小鼠分离得到的肾髓质,开展了转录组测序(RNA-Seq)及差异基因表达分析。结果表明,Actr3敲除小鼠呈现出与Actr3基因缺失及肾脏疾病相关的转录组学改变。本研究针对野生型对照及Actr3-fl/fl*Cdh16-Cre小鼠的肾髓质完成了mRNA测序分析。
