Study of Phosphate solubilizing bacteria. Phosphate solubilisers

There are many microbes which are causing the rock phosphates or the phosphates of inorganic nature in soil to solubilize so as to bioavailability to the plants for their growth.Some of them are dwelling in a consortium in the soil to do this task.We can use various sequencing approaches to study the presence of the biofilm of phosphate solubilizers.
