Organizational Readiness for Artificial Intelligence and Employee Motivation: The Mediating Role of Job Redesign

This repository contains anonymized survey data collected for an academic study examining organizational readiness for artificial intelligence, job redesign, and employee motivation. The dataset includes raw survey responses in Excel format, the English version of the questionnaire, a detailed codebook describing all variables and constructs, and a README file explaining the contents of the dataset. All data have been anonymized, and no personally identifiable information is included. The data are provided to support transparency, replication, and secondary analysis. Analytical outputs (e.g., model estimation, bootstrap results) are not included, as the repository focuses on sharing primary research data.
